Your IT.
Run, not just repaired.
IT services provider for the Mittelstand in the Lower Rhine region: workplaces, servers and network — with proof, not promises.
Your people open their laptop in the morning and get going — not wait, not search, not call you. Your IT is run, not just repaired — with one point of contact who knows your company.
An IT services provider from Viersen — built for the Mittelstand.
Corevatis is an owner-led IT services company based in Viersen, Germany. We operate workplaces, servers and networks for companies with up to 500 employees — in the Lower Rhine region, across NRW and just across the Dutch border.
Our operations assume no vendor: we support Microsoft environments just as well as mixed or organically grown IT without any cloud management — across one site or several, with an in-house IT team or none at all.
- Owner- and family-led companies with up to 500 employees
- With an in-house IT that needs relief — or without one
- One site or several, each documented properly
- Microsoft environment, mixed, or neither
When IT is a permanent item on your desk.
These are not IT problems. These are business problems that happen to come out of IT.
Four things that are different afterwards.
We do not talk about technology before it is clear what should change in your day-to-day. These are the four outcomes you can hold us to.
01 The workplace just works.
Every device is continuously updated and monitored — and the daily grind is included: forgotten passwords, a computer playing up, a new laptop, printers, permissions. That is not a by-product, it is the core. And it works vendor-independently — your devices need no cloud management for it.
OutcomeFewer questions land on your desk.

04 You decide how much support sits with us.
Updates, monitoring and inventory are part of every tier. Graded by support depth: from baseline care for companies with their own IT to a named contact with a managed ticket system.
Project
Not ready for ongoing operations? Concept work, migration, move, rollout — we also take on single projects at a fixed quote. Many first get to know us this way.
Base
Patching, monitoring and inventory. Your IT stays up front, we are their backstop — extras by effort.
Managed
Plus helpdesk for your people, ticket portal, a named contact, on- and offboarding.
Complete
Plus extended hours, an on-site rhythm, budget planning and a roadmap with management.
Price after the assessment, not guessed.
Your IT department. Without an IT department.
You hire nobody, you build no department, you need no IT manager. You have an external IT department: a fixed monthly service and one point of contact with a name and a direct line. Anything beyond that — a move, a migration, a new site — we do as a project with a scope agreed in advance.
Five steps from intro call to operation.
Transparent flow. Each step with a defined outcome and a go/no-go decision.
You talk, we listen. Then we tell you honestly whether we fit. Free and non-binding.
We look at what you have. You get a document readable without IT knowledge: what is good, what is missing, what is urgent.
What comes first, what can wait, what costs what. You decide, we deliver.
No big bang. Each step on its own, with a way back, without stopping your operation.
We stay. Fixed point of contact, defined service hours, quarterly review.
Three promises you can hold us to.
One point of contact. Real ownership.
You have a single contact who knows your IT and takes care of it — backed by named partners working from the same documentation. No rotating ticket handlers, no "please describe again" loops.
Clear in what we promise — including the no
We will also recommend against cloud, AI or new tooling when it does not fit your business. And we only promise what we can keep ourselves.
No lock-in
We build so you could replace us tomorrow — with documentation a successor can actually use. That disciplines both sides.
Evidence instead of promises.
We introduce references personally on request — managing directors and IT leads who will tell you how we work. We name no clients publicly: confidentiality is part of what you pay us for. What we do put on the table is the work itself — every month, in detail.
Request referencesMonthly patch report
Documented per device: which updates ran when — and what is still open.
Restore log
Backups are test-restored — with date, duration and result.
Fair-use limit in the offer
The support reference value is written openly into the offer. No "unlimited" with an asterisk.
The documentation is yours
Kept so a successor could work with it. That disciplines us.
Where we apply our work.
Five situations managing directors describe to us again and again — and what we do about them. Concrete problems we get to work on.
Access, groups and licenses have piled up over the years. We clean it up without disrupting your operation.
Access · Licenses · Permissions
We restore your backup as a test and record how long it actually took.
Backup drill · Restore test · RTO/RPO
Define once, properly, who may access what from where — and be able to prove it at any time.
Zero-trust baseline · MFA · Access rules
Incoming messages get sorted, summarised and routed instead of sitting in a shared mailbox.
Ticket triage · Classification · Routing
Your people ask a question and get an answer — including which document it came from.
Internal knowledge search · Cited sources
What managing directors ask us first.
Is this worth it even though we have our own IT department?
Yes — tier Base is built exactly for that: we take over the routine of patching, monitoring and inventory, while your IT keeps the user contact and the knowledge of your line-of-business systems. They gain a backstop, not a replacement.
Can we outsource only the workplaces and keep running our servers ourselves?
Yes. Workplace, server and network are separate building blocks with separate prices — you book what you want to hand over and keep the rest. No block is a prerequisite for another.
Do you take over our existing Microsoft 365 environment?
Yes — we start with an assessment and operate what exists. And equally: our operations work without Microsoft too. Microsoft 365 is a building block with us, not a requirement.
What does it cost for 100 employees?
An honest number comes after the assessment — before that it would be a guess. How the price is composed is laid out openly on the packages page; the typical market corridors are written up in our knowledge section.
How long does onboarding take?
The baseline care takes effect early: monitoring and patch management usually run within the first days. The full takeover including documentation depends on your environment — we lay out the five-step process in advance.
And if we want to leave again?
Twelve months term, then cancellable annually. The documentation is yours, the tooling is replaceable — we build from day one so that you could replace us. That is by design.
How we work — the operating standards.
For your IT staff, not for management: per discipline the procedure, the tools and the evidence you receive monthly. Whatever is agreed per client is marked as such.
In rings, in the agreed window, exceptions with end date — patch report per device, monthly.
Every alert becomes a ticket. Service hours Mon–Fri 08–18, on-call by agreement.
