We have one office: Viersen. From there we support companies within a 90 km radius — remote first, on-site by appointment. Every city page tells you what that means in practice: travel time, on-site model, neighbouring sites.
Why we do not need an office in your city.
Day-to-day operations — updates, monitoring, support, inventory — run remotely. Whether your server room is in Krefeld or Cologne makes no difference to that. What distance does affect is on-site work: network, cabling, hardware swaps, a new site.
That is why every city page states the travel time from Viersen and within how many working days we are on site. Incidents are solved remotely right away everywhere; on-site visits are possible at short notice in the core region, in the extended radius we bundle them on fixed days. And at the edge of the radius we say openly when a local provider is the better choice.
